Car Vandalism

A student from RP, had witnessed first-hand someone vandalising a car two months back, but was too afraid to speak up about it.

However, he did gave account of the man’s looks. The student had also gave information to the police on this incident.

A quiet person and married with 2 children, also saw a similar vandalism last year. He witnessed that someone was vandalising a car, however, he was a quiet person. He did not want to get involved in any of these cases. However, he did provided information to the police on this case.
